Rest assured that all our items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each item is packed in its own box, which is then packed in a protective shipping box.


6. Multiple items in one order

If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different distribution centers. In this case, you will receive separate tracking information for each item.


7. Address Accuracy

Make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


8. Delivery Acceptance:

Once your item arrives, please be ready to receive it. If no one is available to receive it at the specified address during the delivery process, the courier may leave a delivery notice or re-deliver the item.
